New Links on Military Law

We've added some new links to our Online Research page. The National Institute of Military Justice publishes the Military Commission Reporter containing the published rulings of the Military Commission. Also included on the NIMJ website are resources on military justice law.

Administrative Rules Website

The Office of Legislative Services Administrative Rules website has undergone a redesign. There's a rules search function, which was sorely needed, and a much cleaner system of navigating the site. There's lots of information there about administrative rules; what they are and how to use them.

Maine Gay Marriage Law

From Law and Daily Life a post about the defeat of our neighboring state's gay marriage law. The post includes links to related resources on gay marriage. As the post points out, New Hampshire is one of five states that have legalized same-sex marriage with either court rulings or legislation.
